My Review:
For those of us who wish to live long and happy lives, this is the book to read and keep on your nightstand, kitchen counter, or desk. It gives so many healthy hints! I loved reading it and I can assure you, I'm going to incorporate the information in the book into my own everyday routine.

It also deals with depression in seniors, physical activity guidelines, support networks, and much more. I highly recommend this important book.
